During the March meeting in Calgary there was a motion made to spend $5000.00 Dollars.
The motion reads as follows.
A motion to spend $3000.00 in Calgary and $2000.00 in Edmonton for the Solidarity social events during the summer.
This motion was made and seconded and is found to be in good standing. There fore this notice shall be posted in the workplace for a minimum of 7 days prior to the April general meeting as per local bylaws Article 5 Section 3.
During the April meeting in Edmonton there was amendment made to the original motion which now reads:
Motion to spend 2500.00 in Calgary and Edmonton for social events during the summer.
This motion was made and seconded and is found to be in good standing. There fore this notice shall be posted in the workplace for a minimum of 7 days prior to the May general meeting as per local bylaws Article 5 Section 3.
