Members wishing to nominate themselves for a committee position or as a delegate for the 2026 District Convention are asked to follow the QR code or link below and complete the form.
Submissions for most committee nominations are open any time.
Nominations for the 2026 District Convention in Toronto will be accepted until 16:30 on March 3rd, 2026. Should it be required, an online vote to select delegates will be conducted on April 7th, 2026.
